A Flick & A Bic presents: "Charm City Kings" Fourteen-year-old Mouse desperately wants to join the Midnight Clique, an infamous group of Baltimore dirt-bike riders who rule the summertime streets.

Limited seating available.  Social distancing will be in place.  Mask required, provided if you don't have one.
